Hi all,
Based on the feedback we modified the change:
* There is a more formal contingency plan in place.
* Contingency deadline is moved one week earlier.
* Detailed description contains explanation of what we want to achieve
for F28. We don't aim to have everything in F28.
* It is System Wide Change now.
