poppler soname bump in rawhide

Hi,

I plan to rebase poppler in rawhide to poppler-0.20.1 at the end of next
week.
There are several API changes (new functions + 1 move of a private
function to public section) and 1 soname bump (libpoppler.so.25 to
libpoppler.so.26).
