Hi,
openSUSE Leap 42.2 is under heavy development and has reached an
important milestone with the release of Beta 1 now.
Users of previous openSUSE releases who plan to upgrade to 42.2 are
invited to participate in the beta testing¹. Finding issues early and
helping to resolve problems before the release increases the
overall quality of our favorite operating system.
According to the planned roadmap² openSUSE Leap 42.2 shall be
released mid of November. The beta phase will end in October.
Beta 1 and all upcoming milestones are available from
software.opensuse.org as usual³.
