* 2019-12-25 Submission deadline for Changes requiring infrastructure changes
* 2019-12-31 Submission deadline for Changes requiring a mass rebuild
* 2019-12-31 Submission deadline for System-Wide Changes
* 2020-01-21 Submission deadline for Self-Contained Changes
