Re: python-mock removal in the final stretch

The following PRs to remove mock usage are still open:

- https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/gtimelog/pull-request/3
- https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-debianbts/pull-request/1
- https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/pytest/pull-request/70

Current FTBFS:

and python-tackerclient.

I bumped each of the open PRs. We will wait no longer than a week to
merge these PRs with provenpackager privileges, check that nothing else
was missed (besides the preexisting FTBFS packages) and then finally (!)
retire python-mock. If anyone has any questions or objections, please
let us know.
