Reason for outage:

We will be migrating our NFS based storage from one backend to another.
This will involve unmounting existing mounts, doing a final mirror of
storage changes and remounting from the new backend. Note that this
migration includes the master mirrors volumes. In the event we don't
finish migrating all the volumes, an additional outage may be
scheduled.
